Design study for a hybrid use company headquarter.
The design is a tongue-in-cheek response to the local building regulations and a response to the typical undefined industrial zone. site. The playful interpretation of the building code facilitates the creation of an iconic volume with space for three companies and
a new show room / office typologie.
